BEWARE OF FRAUDS AT AMAZON.
Last December, I bought a “crystal” chandelier at Amazon.es from a seller called Euroeshop (Chinese). When I got it, I realized I wasn’t made of crystal, but of cheap glass. I requested a return of the product, which Amazon accepted. The seller gave me a return tag with an address in China and no prepaid post stamp. I complained at Amazon. They accepted my complain. After three weeks, I haven’t been able either to return the chandelier or getting a refund, which Amazon said they would give me. Both Amazon and the Chinese seller have kept me in a loop: the seller offers me things I can’t accept and then Amazon says they can’t give me a refund if I don’t return the chandelier, even though they perfectly know I can’t return it without the prepaid post tag from the seller. I am forced to keep a product that is not what they advertised and Amazon is simply a liar. Any suggestions? I’ve tried everything the Amazon platform suggests. I am now the victim of both Amazon’s and the seller’s fraudulent practices.
Fraude en Amazon Cuidado con los fraudes en Amazon En diciembre pasado, compré una araña de “cristal” en Amazon.es de un vendedor llamado Euroeshop (chino). Al recibirla, me di cuenta de que no era de cristal, sino de vidrio barato. Solicité la devolución del producto y Amazon aceptó. El vendedor me dio una etiqueta de devolución con una dirección en China, pero no un franqueo pre pagado. Me quejé con Amazon y aceptaron mi queja. Después de tres semanas, no he conseguido ni devolver la araña ni que me devuelvan mi dinero, lo cual Amazon dijo que me garantizaba. Tanto Amazon como el vendedor chino me han tenido en un círculo vicioso: el vendedor me ofrece cosas que no puedo aceptar y luego Amazon dice que no me pueden devolver el dinero si no devuelvo la araña, aunque saben perfectamente que no puedo devolverla sin la etiqueta con el franqueo postal pre pagado provista por el vendedor. Me obligan a quedarme con un producto que no es lo que anunciaron, y Amazon simplemente miente. ¿Alguna sugerencia? He intentado todo lo que la plataforma de Amazon sugiere. En este momento soy víctima tanto de las prácticas fraudulentas de Amazon como del vendedor.
